'To Ruffle Feathers' performed at "Wishful Thinking" as part of Ballads from the Settee at Greatorex Street Gallery, Whitehcapel.

To Ruffle Feathers is a durational spoken word performance in which a text is passed through the audience. As it moves from hand to hand: read, flapped, and carried - the weight of the words is gradually dispersed, shifting the burden from the performer into a shared, collective act, as the feathers gradually lift from the performer.
